Brenda has more than 35 years of experience helping clients find and implement solutions and to feel secure about their business and personal affairs. Brenda’s unique combination of tax and business law expertise allows her to successfully represent a variety of clients with general business law, corporate and other business transactions, drafting complex joint venture and partnership agreements, employee benefits, tax planning, tax controversies, estate planning and probate, and evaluating investment opportunities.
